Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute training plans aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs
Design and coordinate onboarding programmes for new employees
Create and implement skill development and leadership training initiatives
Liaise with various departments to identify and assess training requirements
Organize, evaluate, and improve training content and delivery methods
Monitor training effectiveness and prepare relevant reports
Carry out additional assignments as directed by management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years experience in training and development roles
At least 5 years experience in a supervisory or managerial training position
Strong knowledge of training processes, course design, and evaluation techniques
Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant training software
