Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage manufacturers and dealers aligned with the company’s recycling objectives
Negotiate pricing, terms, and partnership agreements to secure mutually beneficial arrangements
Develop and sustain long-term relationships with suppliers and business partners
Conduct market research to identify new supply opportunities across industries
Monitor manufacturing trends and product demand to inform partnership strategies
Coordinate onboarding of manufacturers and dealers onto the platform
Work with internal teams to ensure accurate product listing, categorization, and promotion
Expand product range to support revenue growth and consistent product availability
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to increase visibility and sales performance
Track partner performance against sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
Provide guidance to partners to enhance product positioning and results
Ensure all supplier products comply with required quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in business development
Prior experience working within a recycling company is required
BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance data
