Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and growth goals
Drive business expansion, partnerships, and market penetration initiatives
Prepare and execute short- and long-term business plans for each division
Oversee daily operations across fuel retail, automobile services, retail mart, hospitality, bakery, and quick-service restaurants
Ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and adherence to quality standards
Streamline processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
Develop budgets, forecasts, and performance targets for all divisions
Monitor financial performance, approve expenditures, and maintain fiscal discipline
Lead, mentor, and develop departmental managers and operational staff
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain brand consistency across all outlets
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks
Foster relationships with stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, and community partners
Champion innovation, technology integration, and digital transformation initiatives
Identify new business opportunities and support diversification and pilot projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certifications (CIPM, PMP, NIM, or similar) is an added advantage
Minimum 8–12 years managerial experience in multi-sector organizations (oil & gas, retail, or hospitality preferred)
Proven record in large-scale operations management, revenue growth, and business development
Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen
Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills
Data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities
High ethical standards, adaptability, and integrity
