Integrated Dairies Limited is seeking a Storekeeper / Inventory Officer to manage inventory, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials while maintaining proper documentation and stock control in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring quantity and quality accuracy
Arrange and store materials in designated storage areas
Maintain up-to-date inventory records using manual or automated systems
Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all stored items
Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory or potential shortages
Enforce safety, cleanliness, and security in the store area
Prepare and issue store requisitions as approved
Comply with company quality and hygiene standards for dairy products and materials
Required Qualifications
Minimum of OND in Store Management, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in storekeeping, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
Knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management principles
Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
