Cheaper Beta Enterprises is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (RSA) Coordinator to manage and support Sales Associates across multiple states. The role ensures alignment between field sales execution and company targets, policies, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily activities of RSAs in different states
Monitor sales performance, targets, and market coverage
Collect, review, and analyze sales reports, submitting consolidated updates to management
Ensure compliance with sales processes, pricing, and brand standards
Support RSAs with product information, sales materials, and operational guidance
Track product availability, distribution challenges, and competitor activity
Liaise with logistics, operations, and finance teams to resolve stock, delivery, and payment issues
Assist in planning sales strategies, promotions, and market expansion initiatives
Identify underperforming areas and recommend corrective actions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years’ experience in sales, administration, or project management (FMCG experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage team members across multiple states
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare clear management reports
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
