Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities via field marketing, networking, cold calling, and referrals
Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing clients
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
KPIs:
Revenue generated

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage
Self-motivated and results-driven
