• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with corporate, development, and government clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and expansion goals.
• Conduct market prospecting, client visits, and high-value deal negotiations.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Build and maintain partnerships with agencies, NGOs, and development organizations.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business forums.
• Conduct market research to analyze client needs, competitor trends, and new opportunities.
• Support commercial strategy through pricing, proposal development, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and bids with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in business development, institutional sales, or partnership management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and research skills.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing corporate deals.
• Confident, motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Strong interest in innovation, technology, and social impact.
