Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Maintain and update patient records accurately
Assist with basic medical billing and insurance-related tasks
Prepare, organize, and manage documentation
Support reporting, data interpretation, auditing, and compliance tasks
Track and apply Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve performance
Collaborate effectively with a remote team using digital tools
Multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment
Uphold professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Support patient retention and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
Required Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, IT, Communications, Social Work, Business Administration, Medical Billing & Claims, Health Information Management, or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Experience with Electronic Medical/Health Records preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Excel and computer literacy skills
Personal device/laptop with reliable internet connection (mandatory)
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
Prior experience in call centers, medical offices, or front desk roles preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and data entry accuracy skills
Ability to support compliance and auditing processes
Proactive, dependable, and able to work under pressure
