Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other internal tools
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure performance and security
Manage domain/email systems (e.g., GoDaddy) and VPN connectivity
Administer user accounts, permissions, and EHR system access
Build, maintain, and update the company website and apps
Implement data backup and disaster recovery solutions
Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers
Stay current on healthcare IT best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
CompTIA A+ Certification preferred; other relevant IT certifications a plus
Experience in website and app development
Experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, and system security
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive
Knowledge of healthcare IT standards and data protection (e.g., HIPAA)
Experience with EHR systems
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Personal device/laptop and reliable internet connection (mandatory)
