Oversee operations, activities, and budgets for assigned programs
Lead fundraising initiatives when necessary
Review and improve applied standards and practices
Prepare and monitor program calendars, rescheduling tasks as needed
Hire, supervise, and coach team members such as project managers and program supervisors
Manage relationships with vendors and partner organizations
Resolve issues to ensure smooth program execution
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Prepare status reports and present recommendations for improvements or new programs
Required Qualifications
B.Sc / BA Degree in Business or relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a program coordinator or similar role
Experience in budgeting and fundraising
Familiarity with industry-related laws and regulations
Knowledge of recruiting processes
Tech-savvy with experience in time and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Basecamp)
Strong organizational, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
