• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory control, procurement, and cost management processes.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to optimize performance and service delivery.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with management to design and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent understanding of operations, finance, and customer service.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Sound knowledge of hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
