Head of Marketing Finance / Risk Management

We are seeking an intelligent, creative, and resourceful professional to lead our Marketing, Finance, and Risk Management functions, ensuring strategic oversight and operational excellence within the bank.

Oversee marketing, finance, and risk management operations

Develop and implement policies and strategies to optimize financial performance

Monitor and manage risk exposure across banking operations

Lead, mentor, and manage relevant teams to achieve organizational goals

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in microfinance banking

BSc or equivalent in Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related Management Science discipline

Certificate in microfinance banking (CIBN) is an added advantage

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking, with at least 3 years in managerial roles

Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
