Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain files, records, and administrative documentation.
- Handle basic financial entries, daily sales reports, and petty cash tracking.
- Support store operations through attendance monitoring and task coordination.
- Assist with procurement, supply management, and inventory reporting.
- Provide administrative support to management and ensure efficient workflow.
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in administration or hospitality.
- Strong computer literacy, including Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and reporting ability.
- Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
