Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Handle stock taking and inventory management effectively.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
Deliver excellent customer service and support.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Supervise and lead the team efficiently.
Monitor daily sales performance and staff adherence to food safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
HND / BSc in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience as a supervisor, preferably in a food retail company.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Close attention to detail.
