Job Summary

NTU International is expanding its global footprint in humanitarian action and resilience-focused initiatives. The organization is seeking seasoned professionals to join its expert roster for upcoming assignments funded by leading international donors. Selected experts will contribute to impactful, large-scale programmes across diverse regions.



Key Responsibilities


Provide technical expertise in assigned thematic areas


Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of donor-funded projects


Deliver high-quality advisory, coordination, and operational support


Contribute to programme development, reporting, and compliance processes


Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams




Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:


Humanitarian response and coordination


Work in fragile and conflict-affected environments


Climate resilience and disaster risk reduction


Health, education, or social protection systems


Infrastructure and essential services in emergency settings


Governance, monitoring and evaluation, procurement, or programme management


Proven track record on internationally funded projects


Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills


Ability to operate effectively in complex and high-pressure environments
