The successful candidate will oversee restaurant and bar operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, cost effectiveness, and high levels of guest satisfaction within a hotel environment.
Direct and coordinate daily restaurant and bar operations to meet business objectives
Supervise team members, prepare duty rosters, and maintain high service standards
Manage inventory, procurement processes, and stock control systems
Implement effective cost management strategies to enhance profitability
Collaborate with the culinary team to design, review, and improve menu offerings
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Address guest concerns promptly and foster strong customer relationships
Three to five years of proven experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or high-traffic restaurant or bar setting
Demonstrated leadership and team supervision capability
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Practical knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and operational coordination
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
