Project Architect and Designer

The Recruitment Hub seeks an experienced Project Architect and Designer to oversee the design and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will ensure innovation, functionality, and regulatory compliance across all stages—from concept to completion.

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs aligned with client needs and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed models, drawings, structure plans, and construction documents.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage architectural phases from design to construction administration.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to maintain project accuracy.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to track progress, ensure compliance, and manage design integrity.
• Translate client requirements into effective and sustainable design solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and reports for management and client use.
• Collaborate with procurement and technical teams for material coordination and tracking.
• Provide project updates and feedback to management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years proven experience as a Project Architect or Designer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Professional certification or licensure is preferred.
• Membership in a recognized architectural professional body is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse completed projects.
