Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Chief Administrative Officer reporting to the CEO and Board
Coordinate and supervise all Heads of Departments (HODs)
Oversee business growth, customer satisfaction, and day-to-day hospital operations
Manage facility and plant operations to ensure smooth functioning of all hospital services
Implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency across departments
Required Qualifications
Resident in Lagos
Post-NYSC experience in administration, with supervisory experience of at least 50 staff
University degree with relevant management certifications
Highly proficient in computer applications
