Key Responsibilities
Identify and attract prospective students interested in international study opportunities
Follow up on inquiries and guide prospects through the application and enrollment process
Promote study abroad programs through both digital and physical marketing channels
Achieve assigned student enrollment and revenue goals
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and successful conversions
Develop independent strategies to expand the student recruitment pipeline
Required Qualifications
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to independently generate and convert leads
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Proficiency in social media platforms and online marketing tools
