Account Inventory Officer

Swift Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client in the FMCG sector for an Account Inventory Officer. The role involves managing financial records, overseeing inventory control processes, and ensuring accurate reporting to support operational efficiency.

Liaise with procurement and production teams to maintain adequate stock levels

Manage accounts payable and receivable activities

Perform bank reconciliations and address discrepancies promptly

Maintain up-to-date financial records and general ledger entries

Prepare periodic financial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Supervise inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of stock records

Track and record all stock inflow and outflow transactions accurately

Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile inventory differences

BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

One to three years of relevant work experience, preferably within the FMCG industry

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Strong organizational ability and keen attention to detail
