Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients
Coordinate daily sales operations with the production team to meet customer demand
Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of client issues
Design promotional plans to enhance brand visibility and product uptake
Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform pricing and marketing decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or poultry production
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of the poultry market and distribution channels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
