Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings
Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding processes and organize employee orientation sessions
Assist with payroll processing and administration of employee benefits
Provide administrative support to the HR department as required
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Help organize company events, training sessions, and other HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of two years’ experience in HR or administrative roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
Eager to learn and grow a career in Human Resources
