Inventory Order Processing Officer

Swift Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client, an E-commerce company, for an Inventory Order Processing Officer. The role involves managing stock levels, processing customer orders accurately, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely fulfilment.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies

Monitor inventory to ensure product availability for customer orders

Receive, verify, and process orders across online platforms

Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders

Coordinate with the logistics and delivery team to guarantee timely order fulfilment

Update order statuses, follow up on delays, and resolve customer issues

Handle order modifications, returns, replacements, and cancellations

HND or B.Sc degree in a relevant field

Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory, or order processing is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/order management software

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
