Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers
Oversee daily sales activities and coordinate with the production team to meet customer demand
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client issues
Design promotional plans to increase brand visibility and product uptake
Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to guide pricing and marketing decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
Minimum of three to five years’ experience in sales, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or poultry production
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Good understanding of the poultry market and distribution channels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
