Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Process customer orders, applications, and feedback efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of communications, complaints, and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
- Handle logistics to ensure timely delivery of dispatched orders.
- Draft official correspondence and manage follow-ups with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc or HND in a relevant field.
- At least 6 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be fluent in English and at least two major Nigerian languages (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa).
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
- Must reside around Ojoo/Moniya axis of Ibadan.
