Customer Service Associate

Fort Knox Outsourcing is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support a lifestyle and beauty cosmetics brand in Abuja. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, maintain store presentation, and ensure shoppers enjoy a seamless retail experience.

• Assist customers in finding and selecting lifestyle and beauty products.
• Maintain merchandise displays and ensure stock is well-arranged.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Contribute to overall store sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain store standards.

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty retail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fashion, cosmetics, and current lifestyle trends.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to multitask.
