Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily calendar, appointments, and schedules for effective time management
Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, memos, and official communications
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, calls, and letters professionally
Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for easy document retrieval
Monitor office supplies and coordinate timely replenishment
Support data entry, record keeping, and document control in line with company policies and regulatory standards
Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
Handle assigned personal or confidential tasks with discretion and professionalism
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items
Arrange local and international travel including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Draft professional correspondence on behalf of the executive
Support executive office operations to ensure deadlines and priorities are achieved
Assist in project coordination and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and internal procedures
