Grand Oak Limited (GOL), a leading manufacturer of spirits and wines, is seeking a professional and dependable C-Suite Driver to provide secure and efficient transportation for company executives. The role requires discretion, punctuality, and strong knowledge of local and regional routes, along with the ability to offer basic logistical support when required.
Provide safe and timely transportation for executives to meetings, airports, events, and other official engagements
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive activities and company information
Ensure assigned vehicle is clean, properly fueled, and in excellent working condition at all times
Plan travel routes effectively, taking traffic and schedule adjustments into consideration
Assist with handling luggage, documents, or materials when necessary
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle servicing
Adhere strictly to company safety, security, and emergency procedures
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a personal or executive driver
Good knowledge of traffic regulations, city routes, and GPS navigation
Punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours including early mornings or late evenings
Professional appearance and courteous conduct
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is an added advantage
Physically fit for extended driving periods and occasional lifting
