Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent processes.
- Oversee payroll processing with confidentiality and statutory compliance.
- Support and monitor performance management systems.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR policy implementation.
- Manage vendor relationships (HMO, pension, and other HR services).
- Ensure timely statutory remittances (PAYE, ITF, NSITF, Pension, etc.).
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to aid decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
- Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
