Gadol Finance Company Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead loan origination, borrowing mobilization, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership to drive team performance while ensuring compliance with credit and risk standards.
Drive loan origination and portfolio growth in line with targets
Mobilize borrowing and investment funds to support business expansion
Manage and grow the Team’s interest income and PBT portfolio
Provide leadership, motivation, and strategic direction to team members
Monitor team performance to ensure achievement of business KPIs
Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Operations, and Recovery teams to maintain portfolio quality
Ensure adherence to internal policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development, lending, or financial services
Proven track record in loan origination and revenue generation
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Solid understanding of credit, risk management, and financial products
Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver results
