Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic link between clients and internal HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and placement processes for client accounts.
- Conduct candidate evaluations to assess both technical and cultural fit.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and ensure service satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports, exit summaries, and monthly updates.
- Support HR advisory, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure timely processing and follow-up of client invoice payments.
- Collaborate with HR teams to deliver compliant and efficient HR solutions.
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (minimum of Second Class Lower or Upper Credit).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR generalist, client-facing, or business partnering roles.
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Ability to manage multiple portfolios and work within deadlines.
- Excellent networking and stakeholder management abilities.
