Build, develop, and manage team members for optimal performance
Oversee daily Consumer Credit team operations
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members for lead generation and target achievement
Monitor team performance and ensure set sales targets are met
Conduct analysis on key growth indicators for products, people, and processes
Generate market insights and contribute to product development
Establish and maintain a strong customer base
Devise strategies to generate and maintain quality sales contacts
Train and maintain a motivated, effective team
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency
Key Performance Indicators:
New leads and opportunities
Client acquisition and retention rates
Sales volume per team member and team collectively
Existing client engagement
Upsell and cross-sell rates
Periodic target achievement
First degree in any discipline; postgraduate qualifications or professional memberships are advantageous
Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
Experience building territories from scratch
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing of financial products (Consumer Lending)
