Job Summary

TV Deluxe Global is a Nigeria-based company offering diverse operational services in supply chain management, e-commerce, logistics, agriculture, safety consultancy, and last-mile delivery. With a focus on delivering customized business solutions, the company combines global expertise with local insight. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and ensure effective management of the company’s workforce in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the full recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and talent development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Oversee performance management systems and support departmental heads in setting KPIs and evaluating staff performance.
  • Foster a positive and compliant work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
  • Identify training needs and organize staff development programs to improve skills and capacity.
  • Supervise payroll administration, employee welfare, and compensation reviews.
  • Provide HR analytics, reports, and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Drive employee retention and succession planning initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • 8–15 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking, conflict management, and high emotional intelligence.
