Process sales transactions using cash, POS machine, or transfer payments.
Handle daily sales records and balances accurately.
Assist customers online by responding to messages and posting products on social media.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Ensure products are properly displayed and arranged.
Support stock counting and inventory tracking when required.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Education: SSCE / WAEC
Experience: At least 6 months – 1 year experience in sales or customer service (preferably in fashion or retail).
Communication: Must speak clear English and Pidgin; able to attend politely to customers.
Appearance: Must be neat, well-groomed, and fashion-conscious.
Personality: Friendly, confident, respectful, and trustworthy.
Skills:
• Basic math (for handling sales and balances)
• Ability to use a phone or POS machine
• Basic social media knowledge (for posting or responding to customers)
Availability: Must be punctual and consistent with work hours.
