The organization is seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations and Communications Intern to support daily program coordination and digital communication activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative individual who can work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
Manage and respond to emails and general inquiries professionally and promptly
Address questions submitted through application and contact forms
Track and update records of applicants and participants
Coordinate instructors’ schedules and support session planning
Ensure live session recordings are saved, organized, and shared with students
Facilitate smooth communication between instructors, students, and the internal team
Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Slack
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages across platforms
Design social media graphics and announcements using Canva
Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Canva with a good sense of visual design
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Slack
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting
Willingness to collaborate and seek clarification when necessary
Experience with remote teams or online learning platforms is an added advantage
Interest in education, technology, or digital learning programs
