Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (Master’s preferred)
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
Experience in fintech, mobile apps, or technology marketing is an advantage
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, and preferably Figma
Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
Strong creativity, visual storytelling, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and multi-campaign management abilities
Results-driven with a focus on customer growth and engagement
