Sow Real Estate is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee core HR functions and support organizational growth across its Abuja and Lagos operations. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment, staff development, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across multiple locations
Maintain staff records, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance documentation
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Drive performance management and staff development initiatives
Support management in strategic HR planning
Coordinate administrative and facility-related functions where applicable
Ensure adherence to Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
3–7 years proven experience in Human Resources roles
Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Knowledge of Facility Management is an added advantage
