Manage office operations and attend to clients courteously
Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates for legal practitioners
Prepare, type, and file legal documents and correspondence
Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communications
Support lawyers with administrative and clerical duties
Minimum HND/BSc in Secretarial Administration, Office Management, or related field
2–4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Residing in or near Lekki Phase 1 is an advantage
