Job Summary

The Impeccable Skills Company is seeking a pragmatic and results-oriented Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the GMD/CEO. The ideal candidate will manage complex schedules, coordinate industry-specific tasks, and ensure smooth executive operations in a demanding yet rewarding work environment.





Key Responsibilities

Provide executive-level administrative support to the GMD/CEO



Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings



Coordinate hospitality and oil & gas industry-related tasks and communications



Handle correspondence, reports, and confidential documents



Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively



Facilitate liaison between departments and external stakeholders



Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times







Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any related field



5–10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in hospitality or oil & gas



Industry-specific certifications or training is a plus



Familiarity with hospitality operations, event planning, and oil & gas industry dynamics



Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements



Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills



Proficient in Microsoft Office and productivity tools



Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities



Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment



Must be at least 40 years old
