Key Responsibilities
Recruit, lead, and supervise Team Leads and Sales Supervisors across assigned regions
Oversee the entire sales process to ensure business objectives are met
Develop and implement strategies to drive market expansion
Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare periodic reports
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance
Represent the company brand with excellence and integrity
Achieve minimum sales of 200 devices per month
Required Qualifications
Minimum HND/B.Sc/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in mobile device or FMCG distribution
Strong strategic thinking and people management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development abilities
Demonstrated experience managing large teams and achieving ambitious targets
