Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
TeamAce is recruiting an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee three entities in the Facility Management (Cleaning Services) and Events/Gifting (Surprises & Experience) industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive operational excellence and profitability across all business units.
Required Qualifications
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple business entities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Supervise and align team leads’ objectives with overall company goals.
- Monitor budgets, performance, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes.
- Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to the CEO.
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage).
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a General Manager.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic, organized, and results-oriented professional.
