Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage
5–8 years’ experience in business development, technical sales, operations, or procurement in oil & gas/EPC
Proven experience managing bids, tenders, and complex commercial negotiations
Strong understanding of EPC processes, procurement cycles, and contract structures
Experience working with IOCs, NOCs, EPC contractors, and key industry stakeholders
