Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Operations & Technical Sales Supervisor to drive growth, manage technical sales, procurement, and client relationships within the oil and gas EPC sector. This role involves overseeing bids, operational efficiency, and market expansion while collaborating closely with the COO.





Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across upstream, midstream, and downstream projects


Manage key client accounts and build long-term partnerships with operators, IOCs, NOCs, and service companies


Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure


Coordinate bids, tenders, and proposal submissions ensuring compliance and quality


Oversee procurement processes, vendor evaluation, and alignment with project schedules


Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities


Prepare reports on sales, procurement, and strategic initiatives for senior management




Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field


MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage


5–8 years’ experience in business development, technical sales, operations, or procurement in oil & gas/EPC


Proven experience managing bids, tenders, and complex commercial negotiations


Strong understanding of EPC processes, procurement cycles, and contract structures


Experience working with IOCs, NOCs, EPC contractors, and key industry stakeholders


Key Skills:


Commercial acumen and negotiation skills


Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement


Technical sales and EPC project knowledge


Strategic thinking and problem-solving


Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments


Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Primavera P6
