Job Summary


Critical Rescue International is seeking a highly experienced and discreet Executive Assistant to provide strategic, operational, and representational support to the Chairman. This senior role requires a trusted professional capable of managing sensitive matters, supporting business growth initiatives, and representing the Chairman across multiple locations and entities.



Key Responsibilities

* Act as primary support and gatekeeper to the Chairman, managing priorities and confidential communications

* Support decision-making, follow-ups, and execution of strategic initiatives

* Represent the Chairman in meetings, site visits, and external engagements

* Conduct business scouting, market research, and opportunity assessments

* Prepare proposals, business cases, pitch decks, and executive presentations

* Coordinate legal and compliance matters with external advisers

* Support local and international travel arrangements and stakeholder engagements

* Independently handle sensitive issues, special projects, and time-critical assignments




Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field

* 5–8 years of professional experience, including senior-level executive support

* Strong research, data management, and presentation skills

* High discretion, executive presence, and ability to work independently

* Willingness to travel
