Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
Supervise stylists and manage daily workflow
Handle customer complaints professionally
Deliver a premium customer experience
Drive service and retail sales, including upselling
Manage POS systems, bookings, and inventory
Step in as Store Lead when required
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Beauty, Retail, or Hospitality
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent customer communication; eloquent and confident
Patient, professional, and relatable
Able to manage stylists and resolve customer issues
Tech-savvy (POS & WIX knowledge is a plus)
Must reside in Lekki Phase 1 or nearby
