Oversee daily internal operations including logistics, documentation, facilities coordination, and process workflows
Develop, implement, and improve operational processes for efficiency and clarity
Lead procurement, vendor management, and ensure compliance with internal and donor guidelines
Maintain administrative policies and operational guidelines aligned with nonprofit best practices
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across operations, including data protection, contracts, and registrations
Coordinate audits, risk assessments, and maintain documentation systems
Manage core operational tools and platforms including Trello and Google Workspace
Support operations for organizational events, retreats, and activations
Collaborate with People & Culture to implement onboarding, offboarding, and internal coordination processes
Assist Finance with vendor payments, petty cash, and operational expense tracking
Monitor departmental budgets and ensure operational spend aligns with internal or donor compliance
Availability for occasional local or international travel
