Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage and route incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security and access control protocols.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable front desk area.
- Offer accurate information to clients and support internal communication needs.
Required Qualifications
- HND / Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Neat appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
