Job Summary

Bakan Gizo Pharmacy & Stores Limited, a proudly Nigerian multi-service retail brand, is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to oversee administrative operations, logistics, and documentation processes across its Abuja and Lagos branches. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure smooth internal operations and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise administrative and facility operations.
  • Manage logistics, procurement, and internal documentation.
  • Maintain records, correspondence, and staff attendance systems.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and branch offices.
  • Support management in developing efficient office procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.
  • Handle vendor relationships and general administrative support.



Required Qualifications


  • B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven administrative experience (retail industry experience is an added advantage).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern administrative tools.
