3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, People & Culture, or People Operations roles
Experience leading HR initiatives across recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and people management best practices
Experience developing and implementing HR policies, frameworks, and systems
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, empathy, and professionalism
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in HR tools, systems, and Google Workspace
Experience working in fast-growing, remote, or mission-driven organizations
