FXCG, a global leader in financial brokerage, is seeking a Social Media Manager with hands-on experience in the forex trading industry. The role involves managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and building online communities to drive trader engagement, partner growth, and forex education.
Manage and grow FXCG’s social media presence across Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Develop and execute engaging content and campaigns focused on traders, IB partners, and forex education.
Build and nurture active trader-focused online communities.
Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to align social messaging.
Produce 3–5 high-quality posts weekly, including copywriting, creative direction, and execution.
Track performance and provide basic analytics reports.
Proven experience managing social content for a forex broker or financial trading platform (forex industry experience is a MUST).
Portfolio showcasing result-driven campaigns (lead generation, audience growth, conversions).
Experience growing a financial audience organically by 5,000+ followers within 6 months.
Ability to convert social engagement into demo/live account signups.
Understanding of bonus promotions, ECN spreads, and cashback content strategies.
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to deliver fast, high-quality content.
