Job Summary

The Assistant Marketing Executive & Office Operations Administrator will provide cross-functional support to the Director of Marketing & Customer Care, combining marketing assistance with office and operational coordination in a fast-paced international work environment.



Key Responsibilities

Support marketing activities and customer care operations across multiple regions


Assist with administrative and office operations tasks


Coordinate schedules, reports, and follow-ups for marketing and operations


Work across UK, US, Canada, Africa, and Middle East time zones


Handle shifting work schedules including mornings, evenings, nights, and occasional overnight sessions


Maintain flexibility to adapt to advance and short-notice work schedules




Required Qualifications

Proven reliability and ability to work independently in a remote setting


Strong organizational and communication skills


Ability to manage tasks across different time zones


T-shaped skill set with both marketing and operations competence


Willingness to work flexible and non-standard hours
